this is a dlc pack that adds many palms around the map it mkaes it feal like your are in L.A.
how to download:
open the dlc pack and go into openiv
and MODS/UPDATE/64/DLCPACKS
AND THAN DRAG AND DROP THE FILE INTO THERE. WHEN YOU HAVE DONE THAT
you should go into MODS/UPDATE/UPDATE.RPF/COMMON/DATA
AND THEN go and turn on edit mode and click on the dlclist and go in edit.
than copy this line
dlcpacks:/palms/
make sure there are no spaces
then load gta 5 up and there it is
how to download:

I have worked to fix the floating palms and its gonna be done on the 21 febrary

I have to inform you about the following, There are many floating trees / palm trees in the freeway from Santa Monica towards the military base

to the author, great mod, i believe your mod will be featured in 8k videos on youtube.
I love the pleasing ambience but I have noticed plenty of trees floating which is a real bummer. Could you fix them?

@xtremeheat yep it does only get the trees some of the same places but it would not crash with it tho.
bbut i might think youre gonna get alot of fps loss if you use them both, then use gta remastered (his version) on the light version
