This mod allows you to have a helipad on the house of Franklin. You need menyoo pc trainer to install the helipad
Instructions:-
Open your game directory . Place the franklin.xml file into the menyoostuff>spponer . Run your gta5 and open object spooner and open manage saved files, open franklin file and press load placement , now you will be teleported to a different loaction , go back to franklin's house and your helipad will be there.
The mod has a staiercase which can take you to the rooftop. Its near to the backyard door.
