Install instructions:
- Open up your GTA V main directory
- Find your "Menyoo Stuff" file folder
- Inside Menyoo Stuff, find the "Spooner" folder
- Go back to the file you got here and drop the XML file into "Spooner" folder

Any chance you could set the peds A. to not be invincible and B. not "still" (so that they react to around them)
