I hope u will like my first build.
I made this building primary for RolepPlay server u can use the background of BennyS like a junkyard, so when somebody comes u can offer him to choose new parts. Next to BennyS are small Gas station and compressors so you can RP the new tires or repair of tires. In front is a small drift track that can be used for a little car meeting. In version 1.3 I added a dyno test with a dyno monitoring building. I replaced the ugly wall behind the pump with the Metal wall with metal moving doors. For RP on the dyno, the player needs to drive to barrels and the player must hold W plus S to spin tires on point. A mechanic can be inside building BCS there Are a camera And monitors.

The map was created in Map Editor 2.13 so u need to install inside How to Install (Retail File):
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\maps
Or wherever when u have installed ur GTA V.
