The sounds I used in the "hemi" sound I made are taken from the Need For Speed Games. accel/decel, idle, backfire and turbo sound are taken from NFS: Heat and NFS: 2015
The .rel files that I used in sound mode are dat10 and dat54, dat151 .rel files.
To install it yourself, you have to do these.
Open the OIV file
move the hemi mod to this location GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
Open dlclist.xml and type this - dlcpacks:/hemi/
Note:
dlclist.xml location GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

Maybe you should work on increasing the quality of your video's..
@MarcBundy When exporting the video, I removed the wrong resolution, that's why, but the video resolution will be 1920x1080 in new updates
Do you even listen to these sounds before releasing this?
