Ok, admittedly, last one was pretty cruddy, so here's a slightly better one.
Heads up, it gets unrealistically colorful at times
No other graphics mod was used, only Reshade.
This Reshade preset was made for GTAV Legacy
Mod Combo used:
Forests of San Andreas: Revised - Larcius
GTA V Remastered: Enhanced - Larcius
Realistic CaliLights - DgtlBrandxn

INSTRUCTIONS:
- You must have reshade installed, make sure all preset things are checked so you have the whole thing.
-- You should have the game with reshade installed.
- UNZIP the Farba_Reshade file anywhere you want
-- You can make a new folder to unzip the file in or do it in your downloads
- Right click Farba_Reshade.ini and copy.
- Go to steam, browse your local files and find the common directory for your steam games.
- Directory would look like CProgram Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonGrand Theft Auto V in your file explorer
- Paste Farba_Reshade.ini into Grand Theft Auto V's main directory.
